Acceptance of Terms

4. Payment Terms

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to ApexNavigatorway's services remain the property of ApexNavigatorway or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

ApexNavigatorway shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
